Bianca Montesi
Bianca holds a First-Class Honours degree from the London School of Osteopathy and has over ten years experience as a yoga teacher. She is registered with the General Osteopathic Council and a member of the Institute of Osteopathy.
Working with a diverse range of students, from both private and studio classes, Bianca became increasingly curious about how different bodies move, adapt, and respond to psychological and physical stress. This sparked her interest in pain patterns and neuromuscular re-education, prompting further study in Somatic Practices. Bianca offers a comprehensive treatment approach that integrates osteopathic treatment with mindful movement practices, addressing immediate concerns like pain and mobility limitations, while also supporting long-term, sustainable well-being and injury prevention.
Drawing on her understanding of human physiology and years of experience working one-to-one with clients, Bianca tailors each treatment to your unique needs, whether it’s relieving pain, recovering from an injury, or enhancing overall function helping you move with greater ease and confidence.
