Using a firm pressure that works into the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue, this treatment will target areas of tension and pain that may have built up through physical activity or the strains of daily life. Deep tissue massage can help improve blood flow to reduce tightess and help with mobility. I can provide a deeply relaxing full body treatment, focusing on the areas that need it most.
Sports massage isn't just for those involved in sports - it's a targeted, remedial treatment which will address specific areas of injury, tension and discomfort. Expect a more active treatment session, where we work together using a range of stretching and mobilisation techniques to get you moving more easily. This is the one for you if you want your session to focus on a specifc area of discomfort and related structures.

I'm certified by the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT) to welcome people being treated for, living with or recovering from cancer. This gentle, rhythmic massage technique is suitable at every step post-diagnosis, whether you are in active treatment, recovery or beyond.
It can help to positively effect sleep and reduce tension. I use specialist skin care that can alleviate some of the side effects of cancer treatment.

This technique involves inserting very fine needles into the body to stimulate sensory nerves in the skin and muscle. This can effect endorphins and serotonin levels, with pain relieving impact.

ABOUT
As a final year student osteopath, I'm guided by a deep knowledge of anatomy and physiology and take a patient-centered approach. I combine massage and myofascial work with stretching, mobilisation and medical acupuncture when appropriate, to address areas of injury, muscular pain and discomfort.
I am interested in how interactions with our external environments can affect health and wellbeing, and I will develop a treatment plan that is uniquely adapted to your lifestyle and circumstances.
Whether you need an intensely relaxing experience, or you like a more active and collaborative approach to treatment in which we problem solve together, I will prioritise improving your mobility and reducing pain and tension in the areas you need it most.
I'm experienced working with athletes, office workers and new parents and am qualified to welcome those being treated for, living with or recovering from cancer. I combine personal experience with professional expertise to treat musculoskeletal pain and tension related to parenting and breastfeeding.
To make it easier for more people to access safe and effective manual therapy, whatever their circumstances, I offer low-income options to those that need them.
I offer appointments at East of Eden (Walthamstow), The Foundry (Blackhorse Road) and Future Dreams House (Kings Cross). Alongside my practice I work in an east London hospice, offering palliative and end of life care.
